„Z wierzchu” jestem akredytowanym coachem ACC ICF, certyfikowanym konsultantem kryzysowym i mediatorem. Od ponad 8 lat pracuję też w HR, gdzie na co dzień wspieram menedżerów i pracowników w wyzwaniach – tych małych i tych większych.
„W środku” jestem przede wszystkim człowiekiem, który głęboko wierzy w moc szczerej rozmowy i ma w sobie ogromną ciekawość drugiego człowieka.
Pracuję z ludźmi w obszarze: – Life coachingu - bliskie są mi tematy relacji (również, a może przede wszystkim, tej z samym sobą), konfliktów (także tych wewnętrznych), komunikacji i emocji (ich oswajania i dogadywania się z nimi).
– Coachingu biznesowego - lubię myśleć o swojej roli jako o dbaniu o czynnik ludzki w biznesie. Pomagam menedżerom mierzyć się z wyzwaniami związanymi m.in. z zarządzaniem ludźmi, komunikacją i podejmowaniem trudnych decyzji, a organizacjom dbać o równowagę i rozwój pracowników.
